All bookings made with The Factory Yarraville require a deposit, ranging from $50 - $150 depending on the service booked.
This amount will automatically be deducted from the final cost at the end of the service, meaning that it is only of cost to the
client in the event of a last-minute cancellation. Deposits will not be refunded if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled
within 48 hours of the original scheduled appointment time. This policy is enforced regardless of reason for cancellation.
