All appointments with The Factory 3013 require a deposit of $50-$150 depending on the length of the services booked. This amount will automatically be deducted from the final cost at the end of the appointment, meaning that it is only of cost to the client in the event of a last-minute cancellation. If The Factory 3013 is provided with more than 48 hours’ notice of cancellation or rescheduling, deposits will be reverted to an account credit, to be used on any future appointments at The Factory 3013. If The Factory 3013 is provided with less than 48 hours’ notice of cancellation or rescheduling, the deposit will not be refunded or reverted to credit, and you will lose the deposit. This policy is enforced regardless of reason for cancellation.
